This side chair is in the Victorian Revival style. It has a classic oval balloon back framed in molded wood with a mahogany-tone finish. The back panel and the rounded seat are upholstered in cream velour with diamond button tufting, and the chair stands on graceful cabriole legs. It's a charming accent chair for a bedroom, vanity, or parlor, and a good candidate for reupholstering. It measures approximately 36" tall. Condition: The upholstery shows noticeable soiling, staining, and discoloration throughout, particularly on the seat. The frame has scratches and areas of finish loss on the back rail, exposing lighter wood, along with general wear consistent with age and use. Please see photos for condition.
