This Japanese display doll shows a bride in traditional wedding attire. She wears a flowing white brocade  woven with cranes and floral motifs, lined in red and layered over a white and red kimono. The white  (bridal headdress) is adorned with red and gold  hair ornaments. A red and silver  (ornamental pouch) with dangling chains sits at her chest, and she holds a folding fan with a tasseled cord. The doll has a white face with delicately painted features and stands on a light wood platform against a gold backdrop. She's housed in a black-framed glass display case, which measures approximately 15" x 13" x 21". Condition: There is light wear to the case frame, and the glass shows smudges and marks.
