This is a set of tall Queen Anne-style dining chairs in a warm, lightly distressed walnut finish. Each has a shaped yoke crest rail over a figured burl vasiform (vase-shaped) splat, and an upholstered slip seat in brick-red textured chenille. The shaped seat rails rest on cabriole legs ending in carved hoof (pied de biche) feet with ring cuffs, a less common Baroque-influenced variant of the usual pad foot.
