This is a large-format Art Deco-style poster advertising a Josephine Baker appearance, with the printed text "Josephine le 12 Février 1927 à 22 heures au Bal Nègre." It shows a stylized dancer in a green fringe skirt and pearl bracelet, mid-step, against overlapping geometric planes in cream, sage, gray, and black, with bold condensed lettering. There is a caricatured grinning face at right. It is signed "Caron" in the plate at upper right, with the printer's line "M. Ducelier Imp. Paris 1927" at lower right.
