I am an Auctioneer and Owner Burgess Auctions LLC. I handle all types of auctions including Municipal, Surplus, Business Liquidations, Corporate Fleets, Significant Estates and Farmland, Recreational Land, Residential and Commercial Real Estate. The auction begins to close at a rate of 3 lots per minute on Monday August 14, at 6:00PM  you can bid in real time or place your maximum bid and let the system bid on your behalf.  Local Pickup is scheduled for Tuesday August 15, 9:00-5:00 Winning bidders will be sent a link to schedule your pickup. If we know you are coming we can have your order prepared and ready and waiting when you arrive. We do accept cash, local checks, and credit cards, we will not charge your card until you come to pickup. At the end of the scheduled pick up period, all outstanding balances will be charged, and a $10.00 Convenience fee will be added for alternate pickup scheduling.  Shipping: We have a one man shipping department, please phone our office to make shipping arrangements. 765-445-7814 THERE WILL BE A CONVENIENCE FEE OF $10.00 TO PICK UP OUTSIDE OF SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES!

We expect payment at pick up, you can go ahead and pay online through the invoice you receive in your email, or we will take cash, local checks, or credit cards at the time of pickup. We will run your credit card at the end of the day if you have not picked up your items during scheduled pick up times. THERE WILL BE A $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE ADDED TO PICK UP ITEMS OUTSIDE OF SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES!

Local pick up is scheduled for Tuesday August 15 9:00-5:00 Winning Bidders will be sent a link to schedule a pickup, please schedule your pick-up we will have your order ready to go! Tuesday is our scheduled pick up day, We may or may not be available any other time to facilitate your pickup, We will asses a $10.00 convenience fee to pick up any other time than Tuesdays. Any items left longer than 7 Days will be considered abandoned, and will be donated, disposed, of or resold

If you do not pick up within scheduled pick up windows you will be assessed a Convenience fee of $10.00, items left longer than 7 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund.
