AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BIDDER REGISTRATION: All bidders must register and provide identification before bidding. Online bidders must register through our online platform.
2. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the hammer price of all items.
3. PAYMENT: Payment is due in full on the day of the auction. We accept cash, checks (with proper ID), and major credit cards. A 5% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
4. ONLINE BIDDING: Online bidders are subject to the same terms as in-person bidders. Any bid placed online is a binding contract.
5. ITEM CONDITION: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items before bidding.
6. DESCRIPTIONS: While we strive for accuracy, all descriptions are for guidance only. The auctioneer is not responsible for errors in descriptions or authenticity.
7. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: All items must be removed by Monday July 29 5:00 PM. Any items not removed by this time may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned.
8. SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid tax exemption certificate is presented at the time of payment.
9. RESERVES: Some items may be subject to a reserve price. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve amount.
10. BIDDING INCREMENTS: The auctioneer will determine bidding increments and has the right to reject any bid not considered an adequate advancement over the previous bid.
11. DISPUTES: In case of any dispute, the auctioneer's decision is final.
12. CANCELLATIONS: No bids may be retracted after the fall of the hammer. Failure to pay for items may result in legal action and ban from future auctions.
13. LIABILITY: Bidders are responsible for any damage caused by them during preview or removal of items. The auction company is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred on the premises.
