Due to very limited parking availability, ALL WINNING BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE A PICKUP APPOINTMENT. No exceptions.

  • Enter alley off of Central Avenue, just South of Kessler Boulevard
  • Watch for auction company signs
  • Loading will be conducted from the rear of the residence only

Requirements:

  • Scheduled appointment is MANDATORY for pickup
  • Bring sufficient help for loading your items
  • Please arrive at your designated appointment time
  • Follow all posted signs and staff directions
  • Be prepared to load and depart efficiently due to limited space
