Vehicles
- Payment for vehicles MUST be made by:

Precious Metals (Gold & Silver)
- Payment for gold and silver MUST be made by:
- Cash
- Certified funds if buyer is known to Burgess Auctions
- New or unknown buyers must pay in cash only
- No exceptions for precious metal purchases
- In-person payment required for precious metals
Vehicle Title Support
- Title support limited to 30 days from online auction end date
- After 30 days, Burgess Auctions will not assist with title issues
- Buyers must complete all title transfers within this timeframe
- Title processing fees and taxes are buyer's responsibility
Preview & Pickup
- Preview dates/times listed in each online auction
- All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - inspect before bidding
- Pickup at location listed for each auction

- Items not picked up during designated window will be considered abandoned

Local pick up is scheduled for Friday May 16 from 11:00-3:00. Please note that we are working in the basement of a commercial building and this is the only pick up period we have available. We may be able to bring your purchases back to our office for a fee of $10.00 per lot. Shipping is available.
