This is a household from Vermont we picked up from storage, this is the first truckload, we will have another sale in a couple weeks from this same estate. Please note that bidding will start to close Monday September 26 at 6:00 pm. Three lots will close per minute, we utilize a soft close, so if an item gets a bid within the last minute the clock will extend. Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and will receive a text message to schedule a pickup appointment. Payment is expected at pickup we accept cash, local checks, and credit cards. We do charge a 15% buyer's premium, and the governor requires us to collect 7% sales tax. Items not picked up by Friday will be considered abandoned and sold for storage or disposed of.
