AUCTION BUYERS PREMIUM: At the request of the school corporation there will be no buyers premium, and there is no sales tax. You will pay your bid price.



PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. If you intend to pay by cash or local check, please include a note to the auctioneer at registration, or your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.



STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will go live Monday Friday September 17, 2021, Through Thursday September 30, 6:00PM EST.

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 1501 Spartan Drive Connersville, IN On Saturday, October 2, 2021 by scheduled pickup. Between the Hours of 10:00-4:00, Please bring any boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and loading labor you might need. Please note no Loading equipment or assistance available. The owner may be able to accommodate you if you need to make other arrangements. If we are on-site there may be no additional pick up windows available.



Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, and you will be charged for disposal. If you can not make this pick up window please DO NOT BID!



WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.



CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

Updated Payment Terms:
Payment is expected at pickup. We will accept Cash, local checks, Master card and Visa. Invoices will be sent out via email at the conclusion of the auction, you can pay your invoice from this link. At the point of pickup we can still charge your credit card that you have on file. At the conclusion of the pick up period all outstanding invoices will be charged to the card on file. Any outstanding balances will have bidding privileges revoked. Tax Exempt buyers will have a chance to fill out the proper paperwork.
